SmartCentres mixed-use complex is located in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centres northeast quarter (VMC). This complex, designed by Gensler Architects, includes a 64-story residential tower, a 21-story Class-A office tower, and a 7-story hotel tower. Claude Cormier, an award-winning landscape architect, developed an indoor civic plaza at ground level for all three towers.
